Contest Deadline: Videos must be submitted before midnight on June 30th, 2010.

Voting: Voting opens on July 1st and closes at Midnight July 15th, 2010.

Judging: Videos will be judged on the following criteria: Trick Difficulty, Originality, Entertainment, and Location. Each piece of criteria will be rated from 1-10 (10 being the best). The overall scores of the videos will be averaged between judges to get their final score. This average score will be added to 25% of the final vote from the general public to reach the overall score of the video. The highest scored video will win the video contest.

Players who use the DTI BassBoost in their videos will receive Three (3) bonus points which will be added to their final score.

Short Bio	The first yo-yo I owned was a Duncan Proyo. I threw it nonstop until it broke, so I got a new yo-yo, the F.A.S.T. 201 by YoYoFactory. I couldn’t believe how “modern” this yo-yo was to me. I showed it to a school friend, who also had a yo-yo. We eventually discovered how modern yo-yos have become through YouTube. Even the simplest of videos amazed us at how innovative and creative the world of yo-yos had become. In September of 2008, we both went to the California State Yo-Yo Championships to see just how the yo-yo had modernized in person. That day changed our perspectives about throwing. Our competitiveness influenced our motivation to advance, and we both competed in the 2010 Cal States Championships, neither of us placing very high. But that told me that I had plenty of room to improve. Today, my main throw is a YoYoFactory Skyline. Aside from throwing, I have been playing the violin for nine years. I wanted my entry to serve a purpose. I wanted to base it off of “the thrower’s typical day,” because it shows throwing during five times of the day. With this video I also hope to inspire new throwers as I have been by watching videos.
